Children are falling through the cracks.

We see it every day.  A child is told NO because they aren’t citizens. They are told NO because their parents make a little too much money. They are told NO because they don’t have insurance. They are told NO because there is a waiting list.

You can catch them.

You can tell her YES when she asks for a birth certificate so she can enroll in affordable housing. You can tell him YES when he asks for a painful tooth to be extracted. You can tell her YES when she asks for help paying for her summer school.
